Three years have passed since Scale Strategic Solutions first began collaborating with Ohio Excels, Columbus City Schools, Columbus State Community College, and The Ohio State University to support career pathways innovation in Columbus, Ohio through the New Skills ready network.

This past year, the Columbus New Skills ready network made significant strides in employer engagement for work-based learning; career awareness and education; and career pathway expansions at all levels of education.

Advance CTE in partnership with Education Strategy Group and JPMorgan Chase has published the Year 4 initiative annual report and snapshots. The Columbus snapshot features a profile of Maguette Niang, a graduate of Columbus State Community College and current student at Ohio State.
