Each disparity study has a specific scope focused on the jurisdiction and its needs. However, disparity studies generally identify whether small businesses or minority- or woman-owned businesses face any barriers as part of public contracting practices, as well as provide recommendations on how to improve public procurement processes to address any inequities that may be present, all while meeting legal standards.

Scale Strategic Solutions is supporting two disparity studies in southwest Ohio. We are conducting interviews on behalf of BBC Research & Consulting to collect data for the Hamilton County Disparity Study and on behalf of Griffin & Strong, P.C. for the City of Cincinnati Disparity Study.
