In an effort to build partnerships between local small businesses, prime contractors, and local government, the City of Cincinnati’s Department of Economic Inclusion is hosting the Business Enterprise Expo on Friday, September 30, 2022 between 9 am - 3pm at the Duke Energy Center. Scale Strategic Solutions will have a booth at the event.

Scale Strategic Solutions performs work nationally and locally as a prime contractor and a subcontractor. Teaming with other organizations is an important strategy for delivering high quality services to clients. Scale worked with prime contract Griffin & Strong to conduct interviews for the City of Cincinnati Disparity Study.

Scale’s Calista Smith recently spoke about her experiencing teaming with other companies and doing business with the City of Cincinnati on the relaunch of the Gateway to Economic Inclusion talk show. The show is hosted by City of Cincinnati Development Managers Valeria Cummings Swope and Will Serrano-Franklin.  The episode also highlighted the Business Enterprise Expo. 

“The event will allow the city certified businesses to display what they do to purchasing agents, large companies, and those involved in major upcoming projects across the tri-state area,” said Cummings Swope. The cost to attend the event is free to certified businesses, and food will be served.
